Kitchen Inventory Clerk.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a kitchen inventory clerk in one of the biggest hospitality company located at the highbrow area of Sabon-Gari, Kano.

Responsibilities:

– Receive and inspect deliveries of food, supplies, and equipment

– Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and storage locations

– Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

– Identify and report slow-moving or expired stock

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
