Job Overview
The Senior IT Business Analyst will support theOnshore IT Manager by serving as the key link between business users and technology delivery teams. The role ensures that asset digital initiatives are translated into clear requirements, well-defined solutions, measurable value, and successful adoption.
This position focuses on business process analysis, requirements definition, solution validation, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization, ensuring IT investments deliver tangible outcomes such as improved production efficiency, reduced deferment, enhanced reliability, stronger compliance, and lower operating costs.
Education & Experience
B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector
Strong business analysis capability in complex operational environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (frontline to executive level)
Structured thinking with strong documentation discipline
Ability to translate operational challenges into practical technology solutions.
