‎Job Title: Secretary

‎Age: 22 – 35 years

‎Role Summary:

‎The Secretary will provide administrative and front-desk support in a busy eye clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper patient coordination, and accurate record management.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Attend to patients at the front desk professionally

‎•bSchedule and manage patient appointments

‎• Maintain and update patient records and files

‎•bAnswer phone calls, emails, and inquiries

‎• Assist doctors and clinic staff with administrative tasks

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant

‎Educational Level: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Good communication and interpersonal skills

‎• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

‎• Good organizational and multitasking ability

‎• Professional appearance and attitude

‎• Ability to work under minimal supervision

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: None

‎Salary: ₦100,000

Monday – Friday 8am to 5:30pm

Saturdays 10am to 4pm (To work 2 Saturdays in a month and gets 2 Saturdays free)
