List of Duties:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
– Handling complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner
– Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary
– Assisting customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
– Following up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year
