‎Job Title: Administrative Secretary

‎Role Summary: The Administrative Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and ensure smooth office operations.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Typing and preparation of official documents

‎• Managing emails and correspondence

‎• Filing and record keeping

‎• Scheduling meetings and appointments

‎• Supporting management with administrative tasks

‎• General office coordination

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 2–3 years experience

‎Educational Level: HND / BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

‎• Strong organizational skills

‎• High level of punctuality

‎• Confidentiality and professionalism

‎• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: none

‎• Salary: 150k – 200k monthly

‎• Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives (where applicable)
