‎Role Summary: Travco Travel and Tours is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication with client and team members

‎List of Duties:

‎• Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls

‎• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars

‎• Prepare documents, reports, and travel-related paperwork

‎• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems

‎• Assist with customer inquiries and front-desk duties

‎• Support management with administrative tasks

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant

‎Educational Level: Minimum of HND / BSc in relevant field

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

‎• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

‎• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

‎• Professional appearance and etiquette

‎• Attention to detail and confidentiality

‎Salary: 100k

‎Working Time: 9am – 5pm

‎Working Days: Monday – Friday
