Role Summary: Travco Travel and Tours is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations while maintaining professionalism and excellent communication with client and team members
List of Duties:
• Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Prepare documents, reports, and travel-related paperwork
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
• Assist with customer inquiries and front-desk duties
• Support management with administrative tasks
Experience Needed: Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Educational Level: Minimum of HND / BSc in relevant field
Core Competency and Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Professional appearance and etiquette
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
