Role Summary: Providing general office support like filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies, all while ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

 

List of Duties:

– Greeting visitors, clients, warmly and professionally.

– Screening, answering, and directing incoming phone calls.

– Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events

– Taking messages and relaying information accurately.

– Handling internal and external correspondence (mail, emails).

– Filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

– Typing, preparing, and collating reports or documents

 

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

 

Educational Level: OND above

 

Core Competency and Skills:

– Excellent Communication skill

– Attention to detail

– Ability to work under pressure

– Good typing skill

 

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

 

Salary: 80-100k

Working time: 8:30am-5pm
