‎Role Summary

‎We are seeking an experienced and result-driven female Sales Representative to market and sell Intercolor paint products within and outside Abuja, while creating strong brand awareness and driving sales growth.

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎• Selling Intercolor paint products within and outside Abuja

‎• Creating product awareness at construction sites and online platforms

‎• Meeting sales targets and expanding customer base

‎

‎Experience Needed: 2 years experience

‎• Ability to drive is an added advantage

‎

‎

‎Educational Level: Minimum of First Degree

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

‎• Eloquent, zealous, committed, trustworthy, and hardworking

‎• Result-oriented and target-driven

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences & Registrations: none

‎

‎Salary: 100,000 – ₦150,000 (Gross), depending on experience

‎• Commission payable upon achieving sales targets

‎• Pension (PENCOM) and statutory deductions apply

‎

‎Sample Salary Breakdown:

‎• Salary: ₦150,000

‎• Pension (PENCOM): ₦10,320

‎• PAYE Tax: ₦12,500

‎• Net Salary: ₦127,180

‎Working Time: Monday – Friday: 8am –5pm, Saturday: 8am – 2pm

‎• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
