‎Role Summary: We are hiring a creative and experienced Videographer to produce high-quality video content for a reputable real estate investment company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging property videos, promotional content, and brand storytelling materials to enhance visibility and attract investors.

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎• Shoot and edit professional real estate property videos

‎• Create promotional and marketing video content

‎• Capture site progress updates and inspection videos

‎• Develop short-form content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

‎• Handle video lighting, audio setup, and production equipment

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 2–3 years experience in videography and video editing (Real estate experience is an added advantage).

‎

‎Educational Level: OND/HND/B.Sc.

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Strong video shooting and editing skills

‎• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

‎• Knowledge of lighting and sound setup

‎• Creativity and storytelling ability

‎• Drone operation skills (added advantage)

‎• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

‎

‎• Salary: 250k

‎• Working Time: 8am-6pm

‎• Working Days: 4 days per week (Employee’s choice between Monday – Saturday)
