‎Role Summary: We are seeking a result-driven Sales Marketer to join a reputable real estate investment company in the Central Area, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, generating leads, and closing deals to drive company revenue.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Promote and market real estate properties to prospective clients

‎• Generate leads through online and offline marketing strategies

‎• Conduct property presentations and follow-ups

‎• Meet and exceed sales targets

‎• Build and maintain strong client relationships

‎• Prepare sales reports and client documentation

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 1–2 years experience

‎

‎Educational Level: OND/HND/B.Sc

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Strong negotiation and closing skills

‎• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

‎• Ability to meet targets

‎• Persuasive and confident personality

‎• Basic knowledge of digital marketing

‎• Good customer relationship management

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: None

‎

‎• Salary: 100k

‎• Working Time: 8AM – 5PM

‎• Working Days: Monday – Friday

‎• Guarantor: Required
