‎Role Summary: The Kitchen Assistant/Housekeeper will support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness within the restaurant. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, organized, and maintain high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.
‎
‎List of Duties:
‎• Assist in basic food preparation
‎• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
‎• Clean kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
‎• Sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces regularly
‎• Dispose waste properly
‎• Support the chef and other kitchen staff
‎
‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
‎
‎Educational Level: Minimum of OND
‎
‎Core Competency and Skills:
‎• Good hygiene practices
‎• Ability to follow instructions
‎• Teamwork and cooperation
‎• Physical stamina
‎• Attention to detail
‎
‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: none
‎
‎• Salary: ₦50,000 Monthly
‎• Additional Benefits: None
‎• Working Time: 7am-7pm daily
‎• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
‎• Accommodation: No
‎Feeding: Lunch only
‎Guarantor: must be a civil servant
