Job Title: Supervisor

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining good safety and hygiene standards.

 

List of Duties:

– Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staffs

– Ensure high standards of customer service

– Prepare staffs schedules and monitor staff performance

– Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction

– conduct regular inspection of kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness

– collaborate with management to implement operational improvement and achieve goals

 

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

 

Educational Level: OND above

 

Core Competency and Skills:

– Good leadership skills

– Time management

– Ability to handle multiple tasks

Salary: 150,000
