Job Summary

Peregrine Team is looking for an HR Support professional to assist with human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will help coordinate onboarding activities, maintain records, and support communication across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

Support HR and administrative operations

 

Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes

 

Maintain and organize HR records and reports

 

Coordinate meetings and communications using Zoom and Microsoft Teams

 

Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting

 

Create basic visual materials using Canva when needed

 

Support workflow improvements through the use of AI tools

 

Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

Previous experience in HR, administration, or employee onboarding preferred

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

 

Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration

 

Working knowledge of Canva for basic design tasks

 

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude

 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
