Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Overnight Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers during overnight hours. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working U.S. business hours, possess strong communication skills, and be able to understand and communicate effectively with American customers.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels

Work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong understanding of American accents

Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace

Ability to work overnight shifts aligned with U.S. Central Time (CT)

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
