List of Duties:

– Develop and implement security policies and procedures

– Supervise and coordinate all security personnel and operation

– Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits

– Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and patrol activities

– Manage security schedules, deployments, and daily operations

Experience Needed: Must be a retired army

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Excellent observation and surveillance skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

– Physical fitness and stamina
