Role Summary:

– Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and local communities

– Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and production targets

– Oversee daily mining operations to ensure efficient and safe production

– Supervise site managers, engineers, and workforce across mining activities

– Ensure compliance with mining laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards

Experience Needed: Minimum 7 years Experience

Educational Level: BSC ABOVE

Core Competency and Skills:

– Strong leadership and team management skills

– Deep knowledge of mining operations and production processes

– Strategic planning and decision-making ability

– Risk assessment and crisis management skills

– Project management and operational planning experience

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: Certificate relevant to the role

Salary: 300,000
