Role Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and experienced retired Army Officer to serve as Head of Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all security operations, developing effective security strategies, supervising security personnel, and ensuring the safety of lives, property,

List of Duties:

– Develop and implement security policies and procedures

– Supervise and coordinate all security personnel and operation

– Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits

– Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and patrol activities

– Manage security schedules, deployments, and daily operations

Experience Needed: Must be a retired army

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Excellent observation and surveillance skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

– Physical fitness and stamina

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 200,000
