Role Summary: Coordinate staffs to ensure daily tasks are fulfilled and ensure the cleanliness and setup of customers areas before daily operations begin

List of Duties:

– Attend to customers as they arrive

– Take customers orders and serve them

– Ensure good service to all customers

– Escalate challenges encountered to appropriate persons

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: OND above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Strong leadership skills

– Ability to coordinate people

– Good verbal and written communication skills

– Good Customer Service Skills

– Neat and Presentable

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 70,000( plus service charge)

Additional benefits: Service charge

Working time: 1pm-11pm

Working Days: 6 days a week
