Role Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative, personal, and HR support to management. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, support recruitment and employee records, and assist with daily office operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

List of Duties:

– Manage executive calendar, appointments, and meetings

– Arrange travel, accommodation, and itinerarie

– Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management

– Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

– Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Experience Needed: Minimum 5 years

Educational Level: BSC/HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)

Core Competency and Skills:

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

– High level of discretion and confidentiality

– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

– Adaptability and willingness to support both personal and corporate tasks

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: Certificate relevant to the role

Salary: 200,000

Working time: 9am-5pm
