– Business Development

– Tender and Proposal Preparation

– Marketing and Promotion

– Contract Negotiation

– Market Research

– Revenue Generation

– Customer Support

– Collaboration with Engineering Team

– Reporting

Experience Needed:

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Marketing and sales experience.

– Knowledge of engineering services.

– Proposal and report writing.

– Networking ability.

– Presentation skills.

– Strategic thinking.

– Time management.

– Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Level: OND ABOVE

Core Competency and Skills:

– Number of new clients acquired.

– Value of contracts secured.

– Revenue generated.

– Client retention rate.

– Number of proposals submitted.

– Success rate of bids.

– Customer satisfaction.

– Growth in market share.

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 150,000 ( based on experience)

Additional benefits: 2.5% upward depending on any successful business transaction

Working time: 8am-5pm

Working Days: Monday-Friday
