Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, leading and developing staff, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

List of Duties:

– Oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant

– Prepare employee work schedules and manage attendance.

– Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.

– Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

– Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: BSC/HND

Core Competency and Skills:

– Ability to multitask

– Attention to detail

– Good leadership

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 100,000

Additional benefits: None

Working time: Morning shift 6am-6pm, Night Shift 6pm-6am

Working Days: 6 days a week
