Role Summary: Responsible for managing the restaurant’s financial records, including monitoring daily sales, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices.

List of Duties:

– Record and reconcile daily restaurant sales.

– Monitor and record all restaurant expenses

– Track inventory and food cost reports

– Prepare financial statements and reports.

– Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial control

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: BSC/HND/ MSc

Core Competency and Skills:

– Attention to detail

– Good communication skill

– Time management

– Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations:

Salary: 300,000

Working time: 10 hours daily
