Role Summary: Responsible for preparing and cooking grilled food items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards

List of Duties:

– Prepare and grill meats, fish, and vegetables according to recipes and customer orders.

– Ensure all grilled foods are cooked to the correct temperature, taste, and presentation standards

– Season, marinate, and portion ingredients before cooking

– Monitor grill temperature and cooking times to ensure food quality and prevent burning.

– Maintain cleanliness of grills, utensils, and the cooking area at all times.

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Good communication skill

– Must be fluent in English

– Ability to speak hausa

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 80,000

Additional benefits: None

Working time: 4pm-10:30pm, might close early depends on sales for the day

Working Days: Monday-Sunday
