‎The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive smooth service delivery.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Supervise hotel staff and operations

‎• Handle guest complaints and inquiries

‎• Monitor daily sales and reports

‎• Ensure cleanliness and service standards

‎• Coordinate all departments

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 2 years in hotel management

‎

‎Educational Level: HND/BSc in Hospitality Management or related field

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Leadership skills

‎• Good communication

‎• Organizational ability

‎• Problem-solving skills

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: none

‎• Salary: 150,000
