Role Summary: Responsible for providing technical support to staffs and customers,ensuring that IT systems run efficiently and securely.

List of Duties:

– Provide technical support services to customers

– perform activities on assigned tasks and issues

– Report on activities performed

– Install and deploy POS solutions for customers

– Hardware maintenance and repairs

– Train customers on POS solution usage

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

Educational Level: OND above

Core Competency and Skills:

– String knowledge of IT systems, software and tools

– Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 120-150,000

Working time: 9am-6pm

Working Days: Monday-Friday
