‎Role Summary: our organization is seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in our mini restaurant. The role involves food preparation, juicing, customer service support, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Daily preparation of shawarma, chicken wraps, salads, smoothies, and juices

‎• Juicing and basic food prep activities

‎• Assisting with customer service when required

‎• Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment

‎• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

‎• Multitasking between food prep, cleaning, and service duties

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in food preparation, smoothies, juices, or shawarma

‎

‎Educational Level: SSCE or HND

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Energetic and physically fit

‎• Clean, neat, and customer-focused

‎• Ability to multitask effectively

‎• Good communication skills

‎• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences, and Registrations: Not required

‎

‎• Salary: 90k

‎• Working Time: 8:30am – 8:30pm

‎• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

‎• Feeding: No

‎• Guarantor: Yes (verifiable business owner or a lecturer)
