‎Role Summary: The Lounge Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, driving sales, and maintaining a smooth and profitable business environment

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎• Supervise and coordinate daily lounge operations.

‎• Manage and oversee staff activities (waiters, bartenders, cleaners, security).

‎• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.

‎• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.

‎• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

‎• Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 2 years experience in lounge, bar, or hospitality management

‎

‎Educational Level: Minimum of OND/HND

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Strong leadership and management skills.

‎• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

‎• Good organizational and problem-solving ability.

‎• Sales and customer service oriented.

‎• Ability to work under pressure and during late hours.

‎• Basic knowledge of inventory management.

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: none

‎

‎• Salary: 130k

‎• Additional Benefits: none

‎• Working Time: 9am-5pm

‎• Working Days: 6 days a week

‎• Guarantor: Two guarantors required with valid means of identification and verifiable source of income.
