List of Duties:

– Crafting innovative and classic cocktails, managing bar inventory and ensuring a positive guest experience

– Design and create drink menus,preparing alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages

– Stay up-to-date on mixology techniques and trends.

– Train bar staff,maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety regulations

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: HND/BSC

Core Competency and Skills:

– Must be passionate

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 100k-120k

Working time: Depends on shift

Working Days: 6 days a week
