Role Summary: Responsible for the overall management, operations, profitability and guest experience of residence serviced apartments

List of Duties:

– Oversee daily property operations

– Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams

– Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards

– Manage occupancy, bookings, and pricing coordination

– Handle complaints, escalations and quality control

– Prepare operational and financial reports

– Ensure property assets are properly maintained

Experience Needed: 2-6 years experience in property management, hospitality or serviced apartments

Educational Level: HND/BSC in hospitality, Estate Management, Business Administration or related field

Core Competency and Skills:

– Leadership and people management

– Strong communication skill

– Guest service excellence

– Financial and operational oversight

– Problem Solving and decision making

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 300-400,000

Additional benefits: Performance Bonuses

Working time: 8am-6pm

Working Days: Monday-Saturday
