‎Role Summary:

‎The Sales Representative will be responsible for the supply and sales of products to various stores and supermarkets. The role requires meeting sales targets, tracking customer payments, and ensuring steady business growth for the company.

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎• Plan daily sales activities in line with company projections and goals.

‎• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and ensure no skipped or delayed payments from customers.

‎• Track customer payments through proper account analysis.

‎• Maintain a healthy, sustainable, and progressive sales pattern.

‎• Ensure effective distribution of products to stores and supermarkets.

‎

‎Experience Needed: 1 year of experience

‎

‎Educational Level: Must be able to read and write.

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Must possess an Android phone.

‎• Good communication skills.

‎• Ability to drive.

‎• Honest and smart.

‎• Goal-oriented.

‎• Ability to work under pressure.

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: Valid Driver’s License.

‎• Salary: 100k

‎• Additional Benefits: Sales Commission Structure:

‎Base Line Target: 30,000 on every 500,000 sales after 7,000,000 target.

‎Mega Target: 50,000 on every 500,000 sales after 10,000,000 target.

‎• Working Time: 8AM – 5PM

‎• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

‎• Accommodation: Available during the 3-month probation period. After probation, minimal deductions may apply upon agreement.

‎• Feeding: no

‎• Guarantor: Yes – Two guarantors required.

‎• Must have valid NIN.

‎• Must earn ₦200,000 and above monthly.

‎• Must be a Civil Servant or Entrepreneur.
