Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, smooth service delivery, and efficient team performance.

List of Duties:
– Assist management in improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction
– Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
– Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
– Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer complaints.
– Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: OND/NCE/HND/BSC

Salary: 170,000
