‎Role Summary: The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for attending to guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Welcome and seat guests professionally

‎• Take accurate food and drink orders

‎• Serve meals and beverages promptly

‎• Ensure cleanliness of dining area

‎• Handle customer complaints politely

‎• Clear tables and reset for new guests

‎

‎Experience Needed: Minimum of 1 year experience

‎

‎Educational Level: minimum of OND

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎• Excellent communication skills

‎• Customer service orientation

‎• Ability to work under pressure

‎• Good personal hygiene and appearance

‎• Teamwork ability

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: none

‎

‎• Salary: ₦50,000

‎• Additional Benefits: Negotiable
