Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Role Summary: The Administrative Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support, manage correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and ensure smooth office operations.
List of Duties:
• Typing and preparation of official documents
• Managing emails and correspondence
• Filing and record keeping
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Supporting management with administrative tasks
• General office coordination
Experience Needed: Minimum of 2–3 years experience
Educational Level: HND / BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Core Competency and Skills:
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of punctuality
• Confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email

• Salary: 150k – 200k monthly
