Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Summary: Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth front and back of house performance.

 

List of Duties:

– Assist the general manager in daily operations

– Ensure quality customer service delivery

– supervise the staff to ensure things are done properly and timely

– Maintain discipline among the staffs

– Regularly check on customer tables

– Ensure the tidiness or the premises before and during operation hours

 

Experience Needed:

– Experience in food and beverages service

 

Educational Level: HND/BSC

 

Core Competency and Skills:

– Quality customer service skills

– Ability to coordinate and supervise staff and operations

– General knowledge in restaurant business

– Good written and verbal communication

– Ability to multitask

– Ability to work under pressure

– Ability to complete tasks on deadline

– Must be disciplined, honest and obedient

 

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

 

Salary: 130k plus service charge

Additional benefits: None

Working time: 1pm-11pm

Working Days: 6 days weekly( weekend inclusive) 1 day off duty in a week.
