Role Summary: Responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods

List of Duties:

– Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes

– Decorate and finish cakes and pastries as required.

– Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products

– Ensure consistency in the taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods

– Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Attention to detail

– Team work

– Excellent communication skill

– Time Management

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 65,000

Additional benefits: None

Working time: Morning shift 6am-6pm, Night Shift 6pm-6am

Working Days: 6 days a week
