Role Summary: Responsible for preparing nutritious, high quality meals, purchasing fresh food and kitchen supplies from the market, and maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen

List of Duties:

– Ensure food is properly seasoned, presented, and served.

– Purchase fresh ingredients and other kitchen supplies within the approved budget.

– Wash cooking utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment after use.

– Keep refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas clean and organised

– Report low stock, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues promptly.

Experience Needed: Minimum 3 years

Educational Level: OND above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Attention to detail

– Good hygiene

– Good behaviour

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 80,000

Working time: 8am-5pm
