Role Summary: Responding to messages and copying out order and record keeping, handling complaint and follow up

 

List of Duties:

– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

– Handling complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner

– Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary

– Assisting customers with orders, returns, and exchanges

– Following up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

 

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

 

Educational Level: BSC

 

Core Competency and Skills:

– Computer literate

– Attention to detail

– Ability to multitask

Salary: 100,000

Working time: Shift base 7am-4pm, 1pm-8pm
