‎The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest experience, managing staff, increasing revenue, and maintaining high service and operational standards.

‎List of Duties:

‎• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery

‎• Manage and supervise hotel staff across all departments

‎• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally

‎• Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue

‎• Monitor hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue performance

‎

‎Experience Needed:

‎Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry

‎Educational Level:

‎Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

‎
