Role Summary: Responsible for managing the organization’s workforce and supporting both employees and management to achieve business goals.

List of Duties:

– Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.

– Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs

– Assisting management with workforce planning and organizational development.

– Managing employee records and HR documentation

– Organizing training, learning, and development initiatives

Experience Needed: 2 years Experience with a degree related to the position, 5 years Experience required if the degree attained is not related to the position

Educational Level: BSC, Law degree will also be considered

Core Competency and Skills:

– Recruitment and talent management

– Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies

– Organizational and administrative skills

– Conflict resolution and problem-solving

– Communication and interpersonal skills

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: Necessary certification related to the field

Salary: 200,000

Working time: 9am-5pm

Working Days: 6 days a week
