Job Title: Administrator

Role Summary: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities

 

List of Duties:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages

– Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential. Familiarity with office equipment and basic bookkeeping is also beneficial

– Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking, and provide administrative support to clients, vendors, and employees

– Handle data entry, validation, and maintenance of electronic databases. Develop and compile reports as needed

– Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members

– Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and meeting agendas. Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed for both electronic and hard copy files.

 

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

 

Educational Level: OND above

Salary: 250,000

Additional benefits: 50,000 transportation fare
