Role Summary: Responsible, and trustworthy nanny/caregiver to provide daily support for our children in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. The ideal candidate must genuinely love children, be patient, attentive, and actively involved in their overall well-being and development. The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in caring for children. Strong communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to create a supportive and loving environment are essential.

List of Duties:

– Preparing healthy meals for the children,

– Washing and organizing their clothes

– Getting them ready for school

– Assisting with school pick-up and drop-off

– Supervising after-school activities

– Ensuring homework is completed

– Providing support with schoolwork where necessary.

– The nanny will also help maintain good routines, discipline, hygiene, and a positive atmosphere for the children at home.

Experience Needed:

– Previous experience working as a nanny, childcare provider, or children’s caregiver.

– Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience caring for children, preferably within a private home or structured childcare environment.

– Experience supporting children with homework, school routines, meal preparation, and daily care.

– Ability to manage multiple children and maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment.

– Basic knowledge of child development, hygiene, nutrition, and discipline practices.

– First aid or childcare certification is an added advantage.

– Must be trustworthy, patient, attentive, and passionate about working with children

Educational Level: Minimum Basic school leaving certificate

Core Competency and Skills:

– Proven experience as a full-time nanny caring for children of similar ages.(5 &10)

– Good communication skills and the ability to engage positively with children.

– A caring, patient, and nurturing personality

– High standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and organization.

– A demonstrated history of remaining in previous positions for a reasonable period of time.

– Willingness to live in and become a trusted, long-term member of the household.
