Job Title: Office Assistant

Role Summary: The office assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and clean the office

 

List of Duties:

– Answer and direct phone calls, emails and visitors

– Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities

– Perform administrative tasks( filing, data entry, photocopying)

– Clean and organize office spaces, including reception, meeting rooms etc

– Support staff with tasks and projects as needed

– Handle confidential information with discretion

 

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

 

Educational Level: OND above

 

Core Competency and Skills:

– Good communication and organizational skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

 

Salary: 80,000

Working time: 7am-5pm

Working Days: Monday-Friday
