Job Title: Sales Representative

Role Summary: Responsible for driving bookings, partnerships, and revenue growth for the residence

List of Duties:

– Source and close corporate and individual clients

– Build relationships with embassies, companies, and travel agents

– meet monthly sales target

– coordinate with marketing and operations teams

– conduct property inspections for prospective clients

Experience Needed: 2-4 years experience in hospitality sales, real estate, or services marketing

Educational Level: OND/ HND/BSC in marketing, business Administration, or related field.

– Strong negotiation skills

– Excellent communication

– Target driven mindset

– Customer relationship Management

Salary: 175-200,000( based on experience)
