Job Title: Secretary

Role Summary:
The Secretary will provide administrative and front-desk support in a busy eye clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper patient coordination, and accurate record management.
List of Duties:
• Attend to patients at the front desk professionally
•bSchedule and manage patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records and files
•bAnswer phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Assist doctors and clinic staff with administrative tasks
Experience Needed: Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Educational Level: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Core Competency and Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Salary: ₦100,000

Monday – Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Saturdays 10am to 4pm (To work 2 Saturdays in a month and gets 2 Saturdays free)
