Role Summary: Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of stock and supplies. This role ensures that inventory is well organized, properly stored, and readily available to support daily operations while minimizing loss, damage, or shortages.

List of Duties:

– Organize and store items safely and systematically

– Issue materials, tools, or supplies as required

– Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers

– Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies

– Monitor stock levels and report re-order requirements

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

Educational Level: OND above
