‎Role Summary: responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the inventory of technology-related products and equipment. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of ICT assets such as computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, accessories, and other electronic equipment to ensure smooth business operations.

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎ -Receive and inspect incoming ICT equipment and supplies.

‎-Maintain accurate inventory records of all stock items.

‎-Issue ICT equipment and materials to authorized staff and departments.

‎-Monitor stock levels and report shortages or reorder requirements.

‎-Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

‎

‎Experience Needed: Basic practical knowledge of computer hardware engineering.

‎

‎Educational Level: SSCE, NCE or BSc

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎Fast learner, high level of integrity, strong attention to detail for inventory tracking, and practical technical/hardware engineering skills.

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: None mandatory, but certifications in computer hardware engineering/ICT are an added advantage.

‎

‎Salary: 100-150k

‎Additional Benefits: To be discussed

‎Working Time: 8:30am – 7:00pm

‎Saturdays: 9:30am to 6:30pm

‎Working Days: Monday to Saturday

‎Accommodation: No
