Location: Kaduna State

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math & Statistics or related field.

3 – 5 years proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices

Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases

Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail and Excellent communication skills.

Desired:

Experience in a Manufacturing, Construction or Mining sector with a relatively large workforce.

Proficient in payroll software (e.g Sage Pastel Payroll, Sage 300 People, Seamless Payroll etc).

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
