Accountant

Job Description

Job Role:

– Accountant (Abuja)

Job Qualifications:

– HND or B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field

– Minimum of 2 years accounting experience (experience in fashion or retail is an added advantage)

– Proficiency in Excel and/or accounting software such as QuickBooks

– Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of Nigerian tax laws

– Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a meticulous approach to work.

Job Responsibilities:

– Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions.

– Preparel financial reports and statements for internal and external use.

– Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

– Monitor and track income, expenses, and cash flow to support financial health.

– Supporting tax filings and compliance.

– Assisting in budgeting and financial planning.

– Contributing to audit preparations and processes.

Starting Monthly Salary:

– N130,000 (slightly negotiable)

Job Type:

– Hybrid (on-site twice a week)

Job Location:

– Lokogonma, Abuja.
