Job Title: Cabin Crew Member (SYN)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview

The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, security, and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service onboard

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety demonstrations.

Maintain a safe and comfortable cabin environment.

Assist passengers with in-flight service and requests.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety protocols.

Handle minor passenger concerns professionally.

Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.

Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License

Class 2 Medical Certificate from a certified aviation examiner

Excellent communication skills in English

No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental braces.
