Our client in the health sector is currently looking to hire a team of Care Check Nurses to join their team.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc).

Compensation: N200,000 net.

Location: Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

Applicant’s Residential Address: Must reside on the mainland, preferably close to the job location.

Has to possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

– Conduct follow-up calls to validate services received by enrollees.

– Record call outcomes accurately and flag discrepancies.

– Provide excellent customer service and address enrolee questions.

– Manage multi-channel communications (email, chat, SMS) to support customer service.

– Update CBA & Data systems with enrolee interaction records.

– Participate in proactive outreach programs to educate enrollees.

– Escalate and route complaints to the appropriate teams for resolution.

– Recommend opportunities for process improvement.
